Our face-to-face antenatal classes are designed to empower and support you through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. Whether you're a first-time parent or simply looking for expert guidance, these classes offer practical knowledge, hands-on techniques, and a warm, welcoming environment where you can connect with other parents-to-be.
Each session provides up-to-date, evidence-based information to help you feel confident and prepared for the incredible journey ahead.
We cover everything from labour and birth to newborn care, ensuring you’re ready for both the expected and the unexpected, with plenty of time for questions, discussions, and practical activities.
What you’ll learn:

The stages of labour, signs to look out for, and when to call your midwife.

Learn about both natural and medical pain relief techniques and any advantages and disadvantages.

Practical ways your partner or support person can assist during labour and birth and the first 6 weeks.

Essential tips for getting started with breastfeeding, from latching techniques to common challenges. Expressing and Pumping and Formula Feeding Basics.

What to expect after birth for both mum and baby, including recovery and mental health.

Bathing, nappy changing, settling, and understanding your baby’s cues in the early weeks.
