Bump to Birth - Live, Interactive, Online Antenatal Classes.

Live, Interactive Antenatal Classes — Join From Anywhere in NZ

Prepare confidently for labour, birth and early parenting with real-time guidance, practical tools and a supportive group — all from the comfort of home.

Why Choose Live Online Antenatal Classes?

Our live online classes offer the best of both worlds — flexibility and real connection.

You’ll learn in real time with an experienced antenatal educator, ask questions as they come up, and connect with other parents who are expecting around the same time as you.

Parents choose this option because it offers:

  • Live, interactive sessions (not pre-recorded videos)

  • The opportunity to ask questions and get clarity as you go

  • A supportive group environment from your own home

  • Practical, evidence-informed guidance you can actually use

  • An inclusive, non-judgemental space to explore your options

A Personal, Supportive Learning Experience

These classes are designed to feel like a real classroom — just without the travel.

Each session is live and interactive, giving you the chance to:

  • Ask questions

  • Join discussions

  • Learn from others’ experiences

  • Feel supported, not rushed

Many parents tell me it’s the real-time interaction that makes the biggest difference — knowing you can ask your questions and get reassurance when you need it.

Partners Are Welcome

Partners are encouraged to attend all sessions.

These classes help both of you:

  • Understand what to expect during labour and birth

  • Learn practical ways to support each other

  • Build shared confidence and communication

  • Feel more prepared as a team

Supporting birth and early parenting works best when you’re both informed and involved.

What We’ll Cover

Across the course, we’ll explore the key topics parents want clear, practical guidance on, including:

  • Comfort measures and pain relief options

  • Preparing for different birth scenarios

  • Creating flexible birth preferences

  • What to expect in the early days with your baby

  • Feeding basics and newborn care

  • Settling, sleep expectations and early adjustment

  • Practical ways partners can support during labour and beyond

You’ll also receive my comprehensive 40-page e-book, designed to support and reinforce what we cover in class.
