Terms and Conditions.

All of our classes and courses are subject to a few terms and conditions — nothing scary, just the essentials to keep things clear.

Booking & Payment
By booking a course with Bellies to Babies, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Full payment is required before your classes begin to secure your place.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only offered in special circumstances. If a refund is approved, 25% of the fee will be retained to cover admin costs.
In some cases, a transfer to another course may be offered instead.

Private Consultations

A non-refundable booking deposit of $75 is required to secure your private consultation booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled consultation date. The booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, change your mind, are unable to attend, or if your baby arrives before your scheduled consultation. Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another Bellies to Babies service, subject to availability.

If Bellies to Babies is unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to an alternative mutually agreed date.

Class Numbers
Each course has a minimum and maximum number of participants. If a course doesn’t meet minimum numbers, we may transfer you to a different session or reschedule — we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If a course exceeds maximum capacity, Bellies to Babies may open an additional class with similar dates and times to accommodate your booking. We’ll contact you directly to discuss the best available option.

Class Changes, Postponement or Transfers
If Bellies to Babies needs to cancel or postpone a class due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we will contact you ASAP to arrange a new date or transfer your booking. Where appropriate, Bellies to Babies may offer a transfer to an alternative service, course, workshop, or date. Transfers are offered at the discretion of Bellies to Babies and are subject to availability.

Your Responsibility
Please do your best to attend all sessions. Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be arranged if possible.

Intellectual Property
All course materials and resources are protected under our Intellectual Property Policy. These are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

Class recordings

Access to class recordings, where available, is provided at the discretion of Bellies to Babies and may not be available for all courses or workshops.

Testimonials, Reviews & Photography

Bellies to Babies may use testimonials, reviews, feedback, photographs, and videos for marketing and promotional purposes. Permission will always be sought before using identifiable photographs or videos of participants or their families.

By providing a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant Bellies to Babies permission to use this content in marketing materials, social media, email communications, and on the Bellies to Babies website unless you request otherwise.

Privacy policy.

We recognise the importance of protecting your personal information, and we’ll only use the details you provide when booking a course, placing an order, or signing up for our emails — and only for the purpose you gave them.

We collect your name, contact details (like email and phone), and any relevant information needed to provide our services.

We will not share your information with anyone else (promise!) unless:
– it’s required by law,
– it’s necessary to deliver a service you’ve requested (like using a trusted courier or booking system), or
– you’ve given us permission.

We store your information securely and only keep it for as long as we need to. You’re welcome to contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Information provided through Bellies to Babies classes, workshops, consultations, online content, and resources is intended for educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from your midwife, doctor, or healthcare provider regarding your individual circumstances.

While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, every pregnancy and parenting journey is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another.

Our products, such as sprays, aromatherapy items, and comfort tools, are designed to support wellbeing but are not therapeutic goods. Use is at your discretion and risk.

Intellectual Property.

All content, materials, resources, designs, products, and services provided by Bellies to Babies are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, class materials, course content, e-books, downloads, written articles, artwork, product designs, and original creations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your personal use only. Materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Bellies to Babies.

All intellectual property remains the sole property of Bellies to Babies. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Shipping & Returns Policy.

Shipping Information
We lovingly pack and dispatch all orders from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 working days of purchase. You’ll receive confirmation when your order is on its way.

We use standard tracked courier services within New Zealand. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to find a solution.

Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care, and wellness items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it or offer a credit. Just send us a photo and your order number.

Please note:
– Return postage is at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty.
– All items must be unused and in original condition.
– Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.
