Four Hours Dedicated Entirely to You
For some parents, the most valuable preparation comes from having time and space to focus entirely on their own journey.
A private consultation offers a more personalised approach to antenatal education. Instead of working through a fixed class structure, the session is shaped around your pregnancy, your questions, and the areas you would like to explore in more depth.
This allows us to spend time on what matters most to you - whether that’s understanding labour and birth, preparing for different birth possibilities, exploring comfort strategies, or building confidence in caring for your baby.
Many parents choose a private consultation because they want individual guidance, flexibility, and the opportunity to have real conversations about their unique situation.
Together, we create a relaxed space to talk, learn, and prepare so you can approach birth and early parenting feeling informed and supported.

Private Consultation Booking Policy
A non-refundable booking deposit of $75 is required to secure your private consultation date and time.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit covers the time spent reserving your appointment, administration, preparation, and planning for your consultation. As private consultations are held exclusively for you, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, change your mind, are unable to attend, or the $75 booking deposit remains non-refundable if your baby arrives before your scheduled consultation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled consultation date.
If your baby arrives before your consultation, we may be able to transfer your booking to another Bellies to Babies service, subject to availability.
If Bellies to Babies is unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a mutually agreed alternative date.
