In this relaxed, supportive session, we’ll cover everything from choking and fevers to breathing emergencies, bumps, burns, and more - so you’ll walk away feeling calm, clear, and confident.
No pressure. No judgment. No silly questions.
Whether you’re expecting your first baby, wrangling a curious toddler or refreshing your memory after baby number three, this class is for you.

This is a 2 hour course - 5.30 - 7.30pm
We have a wee 10 minutes break to stretch your legs, grab a cuppa and a snack (snacks are provided).

You don’t need to bring anything, but you are welcome to bring anything you need for your comfort - cushion, water bottle etc.
Cost $85.00 per couple or x1 parent and x1 caregiver.
Numbers are strictly limited to 20 people (10 couples), this means you’ll get personalised guidance and support, and lots of time to ask questions.
Courses run with minimum numbers - if we don’t quite get there, we’ll be in touch to reschedule.
